About

DORAN G. SAUER

I grew up around lawyers. My father has practiced criminal defense for over forty years. My mother worked for Legal Aid, the Texas Attorney General’s Office,  Texas Parks and Wildlife, as a judge in Austin, and has fought for the rights of seniors at risk of financial exploitation with the Texas Elder Exploitation Project. I was raised to treat people fairly and with respect. My parents prepared me to be a lawyer who understands that justice and the justice system should be about fairness, dignity, and doing right. I treat my clients with respect, and I expect prosecutors, judges, and jurors to do the same. I have sworn an oath to support the constitutions of the United States and Texas, and I will zealously defend the rights of my clients guaranteed by these documents.
